When is your service open?
From June 1 to September 30
I have booked and paid for transport but I want to change my itinerary, how can I do this?
We strongly advise you to book the bag carrying once all your accommodations are booked.
During the summer it is very difficult to find accommodation on a day-to-day basis, it is even advisable to do so several months in advance.
In case of a change you can send us an email up to 3 days before the departure date of your TMB on firstname.lastname@example.org, we will calculate the difference in price.
No changes or cancellations within 3 days before the originally planned departure date or after the start of a Tour.
What is the cancellation policy?
Our services are cancellable and refundable up to 3 days before departure according to the following rate:
- Up to 15 Days before departure => 100% of the total amount
- Between 14 and 4 days before departure => 50%.
- 3 days before departure or less => No refund
No refund after the departure of your Tour du Mont Blanc nor partial refund in case of giving-up.
How many bags are allowed per person?
The price is fixed for one bag per person. In any case, it is recommended to limit yourself to one bag per person to make life easier in the TMB’s shelters and accommodations. Please note: no small bag attached to your carry-on bag or any other bag added along the way. Please respect the 15KG Max per baggage.
My hotel/shelter/refuge is not listed in the booking tool?
In your reservation you will indicate “no transport this day”. We will transport your luggage directly to the next step.
Luggage is usually transported on the day you leave an accommodation, it is then stored at the next available heregment or sometimes on our office.
What if I can't find my luggage?
Check the time! Luggage is delivered at 17:30 at the latest, but it can happen that it arrives a little later.
Always check with the reception of your accommodation who will tell you where the luggage is stored, they are not always at the reception. They are sometimes in dedicated rooms, ski-rooms, sheds or even garages. The hotelier will always be able to help you the best.
Check with him/her throughout the hotel that your luggage is not there and check your reservation, date and place.
