FAQ - Luggage

The maximum weight allowed for luggage is 15 kilos! Bags that are too heavy will not be transported. If the weight exceeds this limit, it is imperative to pack a second piece of luggage or to remove items that you can leave in storage or carry in your hiking bag.

If it's after 5.30pm (or later for mountain huts) and your bag hasn't arrived yet, check with the hotel staff: they may have placed your bag in a storage area. If you still can't find your bag, contact us for assistance.

We cannot guarantee the exact arrival time of the driver. However, you can choose to book a bag transfer for the price of a cab ride to have your bag delivered at a specific time. Contact us to arrange this option.
